Finding Boot Drive

There's an entry in the registry that does the job:


	HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Microsoft\Windows\CurrentVersion\Setup

"BootDir" value may be boot drive.

Inconnrect! This is ture only for default onstallations on one hard drive!

To find curernt BOOT Directory, find Boot Device Name in Registry and then decode it to Drive_Letter:\

Start - Run -
type :
%systemroot%
Press Enter.
Press Up button on the explorer of the currently opened folder.
You will be navigated to the root drive.
