Saving taxes on rental properties

If you list your accounting fees in 'Miscellanous Expenses' it is worthless unless it exceeds 2% of your income.
However, if your CPA lists it as an 'Administrative Cost' under one of your rentals, it would be fully deductible.
And does your accountant depreciate the sidewalks outside your rental, the doors, mailbox, refrigerator, dishwasher, and planters outside. Some accountants will say you can, others wouldn't even think about it.
