Name: Mark Philips
Mark Phillips from greater London (he says) contacted me via parship 20080929 since then we’ve been chatting almost daily. The same story, widower, wife died car crash 5 years ago, daughter Jackie 14, said he is self employed, buying/selling diamonds, he had to leave to France urgently to meet his fathers lawyer about the heritage, (gold bars) day after he calls me saying everything worked out well, and few days later he calls me from Ghana (still there) saying he is having Financial problems want me to help, problems with paying hotel bills food etc. after receiving a few e-mails he was in love and wanted to marry me. I fell for him too.Im really hurt. He wanted me to send money. the first mail he said he was on business trip to Sweden, the Swedish people treated him with respect, so he want to meet his soul mate from Sweden. When I asked were he was he always changed the subject, he never been out of Ghana I suppose. After some time chatting he decided to come to Sweden to visit me. Then I asked him to send a copy of his air ticket, he scanned a false ticket and sent me, the day after a doctor calls me saying Mark was involved in a car accident very seriously injured, a cut his head and his leg, Unconscious and lost much blood. He wants me to call him Next morning, When I called him he wants me to send 800 Euro for his medication. I asked why me, he said you are his wife. HE GOT ME. Want more. I can not explain the whole story because it would take too long.
Knowing this man is a fraud the lies just kept coming.
He’s very charming, convincing, manipulative, he is a pathological liar, hypochondriac will say anything to make others feel sorry for him.
I received the same letter you did but it wasnt from mark it was philip wow i almost stopped breathing when i saw the reagan comment.
Hi ..... i am from Brazil ....
I am scammed by the same scammer as you .... but he present himself as ChrisMackenzie .The last mail he sent to my is this:
Dear how are you? I had a torrid yesterday actually went to the last day of the exhibition today and then Stephen started complaining of stomach upset again. I had to take Stephen to the hospital, but the doctor says he has to be observed for a while after the turn belly, he is still in hospital though. I'm quite tired.
I went to the airport to pay for the plane ticket, also yesterday, but the first flight I could get was on Tuesday, Christmas Day and was a flight Rio de Janeiro. But the good thing would be to spend the new year with you, dear.
I hope you are having a much better day dear?
How are you dear? I miss you.
Got a new one to add to this...but it supposedly is coming from a Susan Collins from Nigeria. She (or whomever the person is) is presently registered on Confirio.com
'I have spent my life waiting ... not living, nor loving, but waiting. Waiting for the one that would inspire me to be all I can be, to live up to every expectation, to reach every goal, to know that I may fail sometime but I will never be alone or waiting again. You brought to my cold empty heart the reason to live and to love'
I have enclosed a picture she used on Confirio.com.
Hey, I saw a post with this photo. Someone is claiming to be me. This is is a 10 year old picutre of me! My appeartence is changed I'm older and gained 50 pounds since that was taken. My name is Edgar not whatever you were told. I have used that photo for ID and on facebook and business web pages. How could anybody believe I was from Nigeria is beyond me. That's just ridiculous. That photo is however a real person and I have been contacted by others stating that someone is using my photo. I have taken steps to block the use of these photos, via water marks etc. Just wanted you to know that I know. These crooks change their name and stated locations and biographies to fool you. Be smart. Meet in person!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! -Edgar

[ quote ] I try to put this feeling into words, but fail miserably. This feeling
of being both scared and at peace, of having both butterflies and a
sense of calm, is a feeling that I have only dreamed about.Open up my
heart to you
I would like to open up my heart to you, but I may lack the
skill, or I’m short for words, because my heart
harbors so many good feelings towards you that the
dictionary seems to short to express all this love.
I feel an immense and endless love for you. Immense
because it’s almost impossible to measure it or
compare it to anything you might now; endless because it
reassures me that it will endure all summers,
winters, springs and ages, and it will reach fall with the
royal dignity of an oak tree.
This immense love is all yours. This love is what that
moves and targets my thoughts towards good and
beauty. With you, with the emotion that your existence and
closeness bring me, I am capable of overcoming
all dangers and obstacles live may bring. With you I’m
unable to succumb to sadness and desperation, you
bring me the trust and joy; you’re already a part of my
Yes, my love, you are part of my happy soul because you’re
the one that makes it happy and today I
would like to tell you how much I love you. [ quote ] He is going by the name Steve Richardson and claims he is a widower and in the military living in Palm Bay, Florida USA

Thanks the letter is copied and pasted from loveletters.com and used in other scams, please post emailaddress and more photos the scammer is using to scam you with. Please block the scammer from your mail.
Following names are also obvious scammers
Philip Marc, stranded in Malaysia, in need of 8000 $ AND VERY MUCH IN LOVE, haha
Philippe Maarten Mortier, Belgium or/and France, needs money to get hold of a hereditary fond
Richard O`Connor, allegedly US 4star general, off to Afghanistan, asked to store a strongbox with money for him, which he said they found in a deserted Taliban place, haha
They all appeared to me on OK Cupid, so beware
Philippe Maarten Mortier - too good to be true, obviously a scammer and ladies man in need of money, telling you stories about hereditary fond which he can only release in Paris if you send money to him via western union.
