I contacted this gentleman through Craig's List in Northern Virginia. We corresponded for several weeks trying to schedule a time to meet. All the 'gentleman' wanted from me was x-rated pictures of myself (which I never gave). We never connected. I checked for the authenticity of his e-mail and phone number and the person doesn't exist.

This is the ad that I found him through (he also posted an ad a month earlier; but, I didn't respond). I've discovered that all he wants is an affair. He says he's married.

Wondering if the gentleman in question stole a picture or if it's actually him. Guess I will never fiind out.

Please listen to Miss Marple.

First, criminals seldom use their own identity, lest they are caught.

Second google to find out Bollywood stars' income, figure out how many life-times it takes ordinary mortals to make it!

Third would they even have the time to go on dating profiles, never mind sending emails to ordinary people?

Fourth, currency is very tightly regulated in India, almost impossible for would-be criminals to hide foreign money!

Fifth, when Indians scam, it's on the order of millions, involving politicians, defrauding the government and fellow citizens (like the 2G or 3G scam), don't expect them to make it to delphi dating scams.

OJAS,Thanks!

Yes scammers especially from West-Africa do not scam under their real IDs as it would be consequences for them ,the whole idea to scam people under fake IDs is very lucrative for the scammers of course, often going under attractive profiles with romantic love letters of undying love have caused probably millions around the world to fall for these scams online .so instead of sending photos of how they really look like which would not be so success full as the scam in it self is based on to hit people that lives far away from Africa ,to be caught doing this and find the scammers are not that easy ,the stories in the scenarios are also created in and adjusted to where the victims lives too to attract the victims and eventually fall for the scam . So basically all photos posted here on this site and on other antiscam sites are not photos of the actual scammers, there are some exceptions but they are gold diggers and are something different, they meet the victims in real life and are of course the worst scammers you find .

So answer to your question this man is not the scammer him self and has nothing to do with any scams .
