How to find buyers for wholesaling and flipping of properties

Question:

I am just starting in real estate investing and at this point I want to focus on wholesaling and flipping properties and contracts. As a first step I want to build up a list of buyers for such properties. How can I build such a list in my area?

Answer:

I called all the 'We Buy Houses' ads in the real estate section of the Sunday paper, I also put ads in the paper advertising properties in certain areas to attract buyers who are active and had them call me.
With hindsight I can say that most of my buyers came from the two real estate investor associations in my city. I suggest that you join your local real estate investor group. Do a google search for "Real estate investor club" combined with your city's name.

I'll give this a shot. I'm really interested in starting to flip properties. I don't have the cash to just start buying. I was wondering if you have any advice on how to find investors for me to collect a finders fee for finding a property for them to buy? Thanks for you time.
