Is it harder to evict a veteran?

Question:

A veteran applied for my rental and I remember when I filed eviction for another tenant, they were asking if the tenant is a veteran or served in the millitary. Is it harder to evict a veteran?

Answer:

My understanding is that veterans get no special breaks in evictions. But active duty people may well get special treatment.
I do not know about veterans who are in the reserves.
