Traced E-Mail and Mari-El.

Most Russian Scammer E-mail traces lead to a dead end at Mari-El.

It's Internet Domain/Address is Mari-El.ru

Mari-El is serviced by DeltaTelecom JSC with a service/company representative
( innocent ??? )in St. Petersburg.

This particular ISP also services St. Petersburg.

The connection to our mutual beloved comes further along in this letter.

So far there does not seem to be any connection other than an ISP Rep.

Mari-El is also Serviced by a Russian Company called Volgatelecom.

This Company provides Google to Russia.

Both Companies, so far, appear to be innocent ISP's.

The computer(s) of Our Beloved Entity ( Asol/V-Mak ), shows no IP#'s ( hers or her ISP )locating her anywhere near Omsk, Russia - where she said she is from.

Omsk;Siberia, Russia is centered just above Kazakhstan to the north.

It is in South-West Siberia, situated on the Om and Irtysh Rivers.

Most of my letters came from the Host SkyLink with ISP Delta-Telecom Inc;Skylink Moble-IP and Delta-Telecom JSC/SkyLink.

This Host and The ISP's service St. Petersburg area in Russia.

A few of my letters came from Optimum On-Line Tru Cable Vision Systems.

This American Company services NewYork, NewJersey and Connecticut.

And - a source tells me that 'She' comes to N.Y. from time to time - for a week or a weekend at a time.

Mari-El is a school of higher education, a company, a resource center, a cultural center, a dating service, a Russian video game site and an Independent Province inside of Eastern Russia.

It's Biz address is: Russia, Mari-El Republic.
424000 Yoskar-Ola.
Sovetskaya 138
Mari-El.

Another zipcode that pops up is 424002.

Phone # is: +7-836-242-1549 and +7-836-266-4435
Fax #: +7-836-266-4151

2 names keep appearing when we trace our Mari-El Scammer E-mail.

They are Vladimir Gabrelyan and Nikolay Nikolaev.

Nik-Nik appears to be a professor of computer science at Goldsmith's college at the University of London.

Note that these are either pimps or possibly ISP's.

About Mari-El the Republic itself. . .

Mari-El is an autonomous republic inside Russia.

It was founded Nov. 4, 1920 and gained autonomy in 1936.

It did not gain actual independence from Russia untill 1991.

It is located on the east side of the Ural Mountains, in the East European Plain - in the Basin of Middle Volga.

Volga is divided in two halves.

The Left bank is the lowlands and the Right bank is the highlands.

Mari-El borders:

With The Kirov Region ( Oblast - a seat of government - like a capital or governing county ) on the North-N.E.-East.

With The Nizhniy Novgorod Region ( Oblast ) on the S.W.-West-N.W.-North.

With The Chuvashia Republic on the South.

And with the Tatar Republic on the SouthEast.

It is the biggest source for scammer business.

Along with Tatarstan and the Chuvashia Republic, it can be a syndicate.

It is Russian Scammer Central.

It is rivaled so far, only by Nigeria in Africa.

This entity has U.S. accomplices, either individual or business organizations.

Foreign and Domestic busines partners include E-gift/flower shops, dating websites, anti-scam sites, and an assortment of questionable individuals.

Together, these resources buy, sell, steal, trade personal info and pix.

Besides the Mari-El syndicate, are minor players and sources, as well as a few indies.

These hotspots are: Lugansk, Kazan, Kirov, Cheboksary, Omsk and Yoshkar-Ola.

The Yoshkar-Ola Organization may be as big as the Mari-El syndicate.

Yoshkar-Ola is the capital city of the Mari-El Republic.

So they may be 'sleeping together' instead of competing for scammer business.

Kazan, Kirov and Cheboksary are small poor cities that are not even located in Eastern Russia.

I believe ( but not sure ) that Omsk ( a large city similar to Chicago )is some how an arm of the beast Mari-El.

This is where the connection with Delta-Telecom JSC comes in.

Mari-El and Our Entity share the same I-net service provider.

This is where my beloved Vicktoriya Makarova ( or her place of employment ) fits in - I think.

At any rate - there is a disproportionate amount of on-line dating profiles that come to us from these locations than from the bigger and more wealthier cities like Moscow or St. Petersburg.

Some scammers will claim to be from a small remote location but are actually from a metropolitan area.

They claim the remote village to excuse themselves from certain requests, such as arranged or planned meeting and daily contact.

OUR ENTITY (Asol/V-Mak) belongs to a lucrative network that has been established in Russia for over 10 years.

It has links to the Russian Mafia and Middle Eastern resources.

And this does not include their many American and Foreign Accomplices.

Their activity includes, but is not limited to; weapons trade, drug and prostitution rings, and various I-Scam Activity - including Dating Scams.

Part of their Dating Scam activities ( besides the various scams themselves ) include, but is not limited to - I.D. theft, forgery and computer hacking.

And they use their resources and 'booty' to gain access to desired data bases such as E-mail service Providers, Dating Sites, Community Sites like MySpace and even Employment Search Engines including Monster.com and CareerBuilders.com

One associate, Gunther Romananski, is linked with the group as their computer data technician.

He has been arrested for fraud and was involved in 2 sting operations that exposed the drug-sex ring.

Thousands of men ( and women ) are e-mailed by this group now and our beloved is usually a man.

And FreeLance Scammers are like a needle in a haystack.

Our Entity is probably a team that is set up much like a telemarketing office, utilizing 3 work shifts.

And since most e-mails are form documents using templates, each group can be identified by a pattern of signatures/behaviors; e.i. styly of writing, voice and temperament, use of emoticons, grammer and punctuation, diction, attitudes in specific situations and even the types of mistakes that they make.

A group may also have their name or ( similar names ) for their computers which will show up in their e-mail headers.

Something like 'helo=Demon' or 'helo=hell' or what ever name they give their computers.

This is one reason why I ask that all e-mails forwarded to me or posted anywhere include FULL headers exposed.

Contact me please regarding this Elaina.

She's 'Asol/V-mak' - I think.

Marvin Cecil Gonzalez at Cecil_G_63@Yahoo.com

P.S. - ' I like your structure ' = she likes your letter, how you wrote it and the like.

It's part of your signature.

Hey Guys,

This is Marvin Cecil Gonzalez at Cecil_G_63@yahoo.com

I am replying to the posting:

2007-05-25, 10:46:54
surv57-russia3@yahoo.com from San Antonio, United States

Yes - email me directly.

This is why I always include my e-dress in all of my postings.

PLEASE - EVERYONE INTERESTED IN GETTING HELP OR INFORMATION AND GUIDENCE - USE THE E-DRESS.

I do not fear these chumps.

Anyway - for you AND EVERYONE ELSE. . .

NEVER SEND REAL PIX. THE SCAMMERS WILL JUST USE THEM TO SCAM WOMEN.

Yes - we men are not the only targets.

I will not send them any pix, because to do so, will just create an innocent victim.

The subject of the pic.

If you read the postings on other pages within this website, you will see that it is what the enemy does.

One pic was even taken directly from a magazine cover.

Pix are never real.

They are stolen and otherwise used without permission.

Some pix are used with permission but it is costly to do so.

Lie, or do what ever, but do not send any pix.

They'll just use them.

Marvin.

Hey,
This one is impatient! And her wording is different, making me wonder if she's legit....nahhhhh!!! :-D

She sent 2 emails before I replied, there are posted here, but the first one without headers. Probably the same as the email above.

First:
How you? What with you? I hope that all well. I wait for
your letters and I hope that I shall receive your letter and it
will warm me. I am cold and I am tired. I hope that I shall receive
soon your photo and the letter and they will warm me.
I miss and I wait.....
My heart worries, but I believe that all will be normal.

Awww... :(

I emailed back, asking for different pics, telling her I don't have any until maybe this weekend.
This one replies quickly.
Oh, well, we will see!

'Plus i dont think the owner of this site would appreciate me posting these ones. '

Please do post the saucy ones. It's a consolation prize for our hard work.

Points to remember:

You are not corresponding with a person. Instead it is an automatic email response program that looks at your incoming mail for certain words, puts your name in a template, attaches pics and emails you back at the 'right time'.

If you want to make your scammer run around to pick up their money insist on using Money Gram, not Western Union. Scammers can check online to see if WU has something waiting for them.

Finally, just for fun, when you get the 'send money' letter, write back.

Hi Boris,

'We both know what's going on here. How much to meet the girl in Russia?'
They nearly always read your first letter back after the money request, that's why the english is usually better.

Hey,

I just noticed that one of the replies I got from ONE scammer was EXACTLY the same as a reply I got from ANOTHER scammer!! VERBATIM!!

The first one was from 'Elena', gentle_rustle@yahoo.com from a few post above. The newer one I got it from 'Elena', too, rrom lovekissgirl12@yahoo.com.

Here's the second email, with headers. Anybody care to compare these??

Which header are you talking about exactly! I didn't see anything distinctive between the last one you posted and the one's previous. The 1st one's do have something VERY distinctive in them though...Received: from unknown (HELO winston) As does the last one...Received: from ROMARIO (9.66.pppoe.mari-el.ru [77.40.66.9]) That could show the same scammer using different names and e-mails.Ip's can and are the same many times if they use the same ISP or at least within the same range.

Youdon't really need to post headers as they appear,they can be edited to show only the pertinant info;

Doing that eliminates alot of unnecessary thing's like the message encryption and will keep the thread from being so wide plus making them easier to read.

To [hidden] who posted reply to my post about 'Elena':

Well, hey, if you have her pics, why don't you POST them, and whatever other information you have about her?? That would help us all, wouldn't it?

Is the the same 'Elena' because you recognized the email address she gave?

Thanks!

Anon US, thanks for inspiring me to do my homework. Finding out about what a header is, I post for the unfamiliar, but interested reders, an excert from Microsoft.

Consider an e-mail exchange between two people, Anton Kirilov and Kelly J. Weadock.
Anton's e-mail address is anton@proseware.com and Kelly's address is kelly@litwareinc.com. Kelly uses Microsoft Office Outlook 2007. The Internet header associated with Kelly's message to Anton looks as follows:

Microsoft Mail Internet Headers Version 2.0
Received: from mail.litwareinc.com ([10.54.108.101]) by mail.proseware.com with Microsoft SMTPSVC(6.0.3790.0);

Note The sample header might not contain all items found in your e-mail headers. These are the most common entries.

When Kelly sends an e-mail message to anton@proseware.com, she composes it from her computer, which is identified as (i101-177.nv.litwareinc.com). The composed text is passed from her computer to the e-mail server, mail.litwareinc.com. This is the last that Kelly will see of her e-mail message, because further processing is handled by e-mail servers with no intervention from her. When Kelly's e-mail server receives the message for anton@proseware.com, it contacts Proseware's e-mail server and delivers the message to it. The message is stored on the proseware.com server until Anton checks his Proseware e-mail messages.

Since I do not use other mail like yahoo, hotmail etc, someone familiar with these and other mail services, post how to show the headers, for others' benefit.

Oh, I paste the headers on to Wordpad, clean out irrelelevent info, save for future. This is another tip I learnt from you guys, soon I'll lose track of how many of you I owe my gratitude.
