Just for sake of a potential solution,

I feel compelled to comment on your hypothesis, Bunches.

We and many others have diligently studied and concluded that
the money transfer entities are in posession of a clientel
whom they greatly profit from.

Their association is allowed by law because their service is non-negotiable.

The anonymity and accessibility of placing an order by impersonal means,
threatens everyone's access to said service if any individual or group
is to be singled-out or targeted as a reason for change.

To pass this barrier will require personal recognition of every human on Earth.

This is a general reasoning for the continuance of scam assisting wire transfers.
This statement requires your reply.

i think i understand ur question...

after transferring x funds to a receiver, to be forced for the receiver to have their passport uploaded for a compliance check should not be an issue.

although it will not be 100% accurate as fake documents i assume not possible to check from an jpg..

however it seems the passport examples i have seen so obviously fake, this process would be more helpful than not.

Do you really think a company like Western Union would make themselves more work and lose profits?

The only way to stop these scams is to stop sending money... period!

People need to be educated on these scammers! It slows their business....

If everyone spent some time on this site prior to sending money, I believe the people would be less likely to send money to these scammers.

I have heard of victims losing life savings... tens, some hundreds of thousands of dollars,
I was saved, lost only $1600, when asked to send more, I got smart, Googled....
led me here, where I found the truth.... I was scammed....

I've also questioned the laws and regulations which govern
the allowable practice or restricted purpose of a passport.

I'm led to believe that the government would frown upon any such demand
of the document because, it's security and that of the agency would be
at higher risk. Due to the added burdeon of unknown criminal circumvention.
In a nut-shell... Best not to go there.

Anyone sending money to a beautiful white woman in West Africa is an idiot, get real, these pics are not of the people you are chatting to, most are actually men. They steal pics and video from porn sites, you will see almost every pic posted on here at solo girls web site. Don't be a fool and if you keep sending these men money the you deserve to get ripped off, you are a fool
