This one goes by the name Osai Williams of Accra Ghana, falls in love in 1-2 emails likes Instant Messaging, wants money for visa, passport, travel. Also has numerous medical situations for her and mom that needs money for, also asks for $ for foodstuff and wants gifts, cell phones, Ipods Perfumes ect....Does she sound like a scammer??

I met a woman over the Internet. She said she was from Ghana and had the proverbial sad story of a hard lifeand needed money for a passport and visa, etc. She sent pictures, one of which I am posting. It is the same girl shown as Osai Williams but she is going by the name Susan Mills or Susan Clottey. I have seen her on webcam so I have no doubt she exists. Did I send her money? No. Am I going to send her money? No. Interestingly enough when I shared a yahoo email address with her I got lots of other emails from women in Ghana. They have quite the racket going apparently. Anyone who sends money to Ghana, or any woman over the Internet, is throwing that money away. Use your brain guys. That is why you have one.

This one is slick and persistent. Multiple IP addresses in header: 68.142.206.145, 68.142.194.244, 127.0.0.1, and 41.210.18.124. Going by Sherifatu Husseni from Accra, Ghana most recently. Tele 233-247-5536? Claims to have just turned 35 on 6/15/09. No children and has never been married, of course. Going to hairdresser's school, but address doesn't seem to exist. Claims address to be Kanda 429 Kanda Highway, P.O. Box NW 216, Accran Ghana, 00233.Says she lives with her mum (Kande) and has older brother named Muftahu (38) and a younger sister named Fati. Seems to be a.k.a. Osai Williams, Amisu Wahab, and Hindu or Hidu Ali? Always asking for money for something: food, rent, past due phone and Internet bills, birthday, emergency hospital visits for her mum, vaccinations, passports, airfare, etc., etc. Warning: do not give her a phone number - she will call it 20 times a day even when you don't ever answer!!
