Other Comments: I have sent her money as she said she was coming over here to be with me forever (this is after 1 month talking on MSN). She originally contacted me on Match.com. I sent her money £610 for passport and visa. She then asked for £900 for flight. I became suspicious when I spoke to her 'travel agent' a Mr. Eugene, at this number 00233242264750 Perfect Travel Agency, Accra, Ghana. I negotiated with him to reduce the cost of the flight to £450 and then found her picture on this site as Rhoda Naa, Accra, Ghana. I have several photos of her and several saved MSN chats and emails from her. I am not totally convinced she is a scammer (I am wishing she isn't, I suppose) but I am very suspicious now. Money has gone to her through Western Union Bank. I fell for the pics and her assumed vulnerability. I wish I knew who the photos really are and would welcome details of the real identity as then I could disasociate the pics with the emails and this person (who says she loves me) from my mind. I guess we build pictures up in our minds and get carried away. It actually felt when I saw her pic on here that a friend had died, it is that bad. I have been given until Monday 25th march to send flight money or lose everything. Sad but true. One lonely man who wants to be loved I suppose. She has also phoned me afew times and I have her voice recorded on my phone from a message she left. Somehow her voice doesn't seem to naturally match the pictures.
My UK friend you have been taken! Look these are the facts: Ghana as a country is 99.8 % black African, yet every picture of white chicks from Ghana is of model quality! Is Ghana the worlds best kept for hot babes....The more realistic senario is that it is a hot bed for scammers that are safe from the reach of any real laws.

Thanks my Canadian friend. To date she has ripped me off £1,000. I looked on Lavalife and sure enough, there she was (I have informed them). In truth, I think this is maybe a man (in Nigeria, and not Ghana) using a model's photos and paying a young girl to do the phone talk. I have tried to find the source of the photos but so far have not had any luck. It's not good these scammers do this type of trickery. Do they have a conscience? The psycological damage caused is very painful for many. I wish there was some way of catching them all to save innocents like myself much pain and anguish. Hey, thanks again, you have saved me more wasted money. All the Best to you and let me know if you find any more out about this one. Regards, Tim Jones firstname.lastname@example.org

I hate to say this but it seems men on lavalife seem to be good targets for people from ghana to try and rip off, this one is my third scammer first was esther ansomma next dorcas appiah now this one havent got her name she goes by daniella, yet none of them got any money from me when they asked for the outragous amounts of money for various stuff like phone connection or passports, visa etc i would check out the government of ghana website to get the real costs it tells you the amount and it is pretty cheap what ever you do think with your head (the one on your shoulders)
