Most of my articles are intended to save time for new guys who may arrive here any time. They of course, won't add anything new to those who already know these, and hope instead of finding me repetitive, those will simply scroll down.
Along the lines of a Bandhar article ...
I like the fact that delphi is a free forum, but disagree with the lack of control. I had stayed away a few weeks, but started receiving a barrage of e-mails from friends who read, but not post, since they are not familiar with my research strategies. It was pointed out to me that (1) I might be conceding victory to scammers (2) Dirk (during that period) was almost alone here, and I should join him, hopefully lightening his load, by helping newcomers. The problem is NOT lack of information on the internet, but for many people, it is the search techniques. Some guys who don't seek information (homework is harder, but cheaper), instead visit Western Union (wallet is easier, but more expensive). For the guys who are willing to arm themselves with information, I will continue to offer help anyway I can. In this age of internet, information is power.
How easy it is, to get photos stolen, if they are not copy protected / watermarked http://russianwomen..m/images/
With due apologies to Dirk, and many others like me who will find this title disgusting, I am posting this link just to show how some sites sacrifice respect in favor of money http://mailorderbri..guide.net/

No problem Bandhar! Keep in touch and spread the word far and near, for lots more to hear!!
@OJAS - have you any 'official' websites in mind, which would take people directly to the Russian authorities, so that they too can complain to the Russian President Medvedev as in the case you have posted above this? Otherwise, have you already got or know of any 'official' website for the various countries authorities who deal with scammers?
For example, in the UK, it's the Office of Fair Trading (OFT) -
Fraudulent Russian Passports (being a crime), when posted, draw the attention of a detective for getting into a database. It becomes additional evidence during prosecution of some cases.
When full headers are posted, for most of us, the ONLY 3 useful fields are (1) scammer e-mail address (2) X-Mailer and (3) Sender IP. The remaining info is useful ONLY for law enforcement authorities who can issue warrant. That is the reason detectives will ask for listing full header, whereas we in delphi are content with those 3 fields.
It is also important to determine where Western Union / Moneygram wire transfers are collected. Yoshka-Ola Ola has 2 for WU, 1 for MG. In some instances mafia living overseas collect in other countries. If it is collected in the U.S., contact FBI http://ic3.gov The Oz thread I mentioned, gives info for Australia. Canadians have RCMP, I hope a Canadian will post such info.
It is also important to contact Western Union / Moneygram to block future payments to that scammer, meaning the scammer can no longer use that same info.
First up, congratulations to the lucky few who made it to the M-Letter (For others, sorry guys, better luck next time)
Yoshkar-Ola 9:00 AM - 6:00 PM (0900 - 1800 Hours) is the Boss shift, you guys are now in official hands, will likely see improved English (by a higher paid employee)
(I will later try to suggest a quick response to keep our Anastasia Boris on the hook)
A time-saver list for Copy / Paste during this phase (instead of composing new replies)
Hello, my princess ! ! !
I just could not believe my eyes that the day I waited all my life has at last arrived. As soon as I received your mail, I borrowed $600 from my good friend Oleg, and sent it to my embassy in Moscow. I hit another car because I drove too fast, thinking only about you! I believe money, and distance can never stop lovers. Don't you agree?
On the first Monday of next month, I will get paid, and return the money to him, and pay insurance claims by the other driver, so please do not worry about it. My embassy said you only needed about 33 euro for a train journey to Moscow. Just show them your passport, and send me a copy immediately. My friend will arrange your stay at my embassy till your flight, and will take care of your food and transportation to Sheremetyevo.
We should know more about each other, and I am glad to see you at last reveal just a small a part of yourself. How I wish you had revealed yourself from the moment you were born! You won't believe, every time I breathe I smell you! I am unable to eat, unable to work! I cannot live without you! Please hurry up to my embassy, collect the money and board the plane.
Do you get any dreams about me? I am dying to know, please do not make me wait too long ...
Well you wont believe this, actually you probably will, but Anastasia does not have a bank account. Seems they keep all their money under the mattress. Must get uncomfortable when there is so much money to sleep on. perhaps that is why seh could not sleep after taking it all out to pay for Mercedes.
I now have to find out how she was going to borrow money from a bank without an account.
I will keep working on it. any hint might help close them down.
Yes it seems luck was with the oz that day.
Still waiting for the big punch as to a Bank acc. Enclosed last letter
My dear John! I am nervous so much now! Forgive me, that I am compelled to hope for your help! I love you and I do not want to create for you any problems. I have not any bank account. I have found out in bank that there are way to send the necessary sum. It Western Union or Money Gram. I never used it and you should find out, how it works. I think, you can send the necessary sum through Western Union from your bank account. My letter will be short, I shall wait your answer John. We should hurry up. Sincerely your Anastasia.
