Estou cada vez mais seguro de que com apenas dez respostas afirmativas a qualquer um dos 72 itens apresentados, podemos chegar à conclusão de que se trata de um scammer.
A decisão de continuar escrevendo para obter mais informação é absolutamente individual.
No meu caso, acredito que quanto antes estas figuras estiverem fora de circulação ou, pelo menos divulgadas no maior número de sites possível, mais difícil fica a vida delas.
Por outro lado, mais rápido nos livramos de futuros problemas e podemos continuar a procurar uma pessoa séria.
Uma ressalva – Se você teve prejuízos financeiros e morais e deseja reunir o maior número de dados possível para uma eventual ação contra o scammer, sugiro que, mesmo sabendo com quem lida, continue escrevendo e colhendo informação, até que possa provar a tentativa de golpe. Apenas se defenda. Se não sabe como, peça ajuda.
Ainda com relação ao link anterior, passei a usar uma forma de abordagem que acelera o processo.
Descubra o IP de onde ela lhe escreve;
Use o Whois para verificar a quem pertence o domínio
Investigue as diversas listas que existem na Internet sobre scammers, falsos IP´s, etc..;
Cheque se ela é de onde diz que é;
Depois de algumas cartas (só você saberá o momento), peça o telefone dela, o endereço, o nome completo;
Mande uma série de perguntas bem específicas sobre ela;
Diga a ela que está indo à Rússia a negócios e quer visitá-la;
Perceba se ela simplesmente ignora tudo isso e continua te escrevendo;
Se depois disso tudo e mais a lista de 72 pontos você não tiver mais dúvidas, publque.
É scammer!!

Acho que têm alguma estatística que só começam a ler depois de pedir dinheiro, lá pelo segundo mês de correspondencia.
