Asking money is scam http://www.ladies-r../Scam.php
See this Russian response to a scammer http://www.delphifa..159#83712

It says:
On 23 Mar., 2008 Russia TV channel featured this story, an investigation by Edward Smith 'Black bride' in Russian and, emphasizing Yoshkar-ola scammers. Information on these Russian scammers from this channel has widely spread to the world.
Using photographs of known and unknown Russian girls for scamming hurts these innocent people. Another side of the problem is that scam letters ruin the image of Russian girls. As we all know, the pride and upbringing a normal Russian girl would not permit seeking money from strangers.

Skamerstvo (scam business) - this is a crime, and the exposed Yoshkar-Ola scammers were sentenced to 4 years in prison.
As the English language for scammers is obviously familiar, you, a scammer can read this article, available all over the English-speaking world: http://www.dailymai..e_id=1879
