In my personal opinion, each visa must have a different number. The expired visa has different weights of characters in different lines, a photoshop problem. If you google for US Visa requirements, I do not even think the photo meets the requirement.

OJAS,The passport number is the same, the control numbers are the same,and the number at the bottom is the same. that tells me that this is the same scammer. right?

I believe the stolen info may have been sold to many scammers. All we can say is the victim of the stolen identity is the same.

OJAS, I found the same letters as I received on this site only the name and pics are different Olga Vinokurova and Olga Epifanova is the same scammer.
