When I first became aware of Melissa Roy on delphi, I also thought there was some resemblance, but after looking at more pictures than is healthy, I am quite certain that she is not her.
My ever-improving facial recognition brainware has noticed differences in the mouth, nose, eyebrows, shoulder blades, and ears. For what it's worth, I also find that Melissa has nicer legs. And as far as I know, Melissa does not have a twin.

My own experience in the past month or so has been that African scammers are using fewer pictures of recognizable models, and more that look like they have been stolen from social networking sites.
