Other Comments: First exchanged a few emails and her's was always full of endless romantic hype and all - i should have known it could not be realistic but just part of a ' butter me up ' and get ready for a later scam technique.
Also i should have known better after it insisted that she come to see me first and i should not go see her first. Then at first i assumed as if she was going to pay as obviously I would have reservations about sending money to someone i never met. Then after that she was alarmed because it cost more than she was expecting so asked if i could send her $600 which at first i expressed some reservation about doing and then she emailed back with some ' crying ' routine. So like a fool i went ahead and wired her $600. NOw next she comes back with she did not know it but the travel agent then told her she has to show $1500 amounting to $500/(week of stay in usa)at the airline or visa intake or something. Anyway i did again wire her these funds. NOw she did send back an airline itenarary which obviously she made up though it did look correct. Anyway the day she was supposed to fly i get an email message from her that she was detained and faces jail time for a Russian artifact which according to her was against the law to carry in her luggage to go out of country. So she asked for $1800 from me so she would not have to go to jail. NOw obviously at this point i new it was all a scam so end of story - counting fees and all I was out about $2300.
